_____ Give financial aid to student drop-outs due to the ethnocidal war for their continued education.

_____ Raise/provide funds for the various components of the CPA Youth Commision, or a particular aspect of its work.

_____ Exchange publications and experiences in indigenous youth organizing.

_____ Sponsor cultural exchange programs.
